Customer Service

At Karen’s Hallmark Shop we accommodate to the handicapped shopper whether it's assisting with shopping or delivering an order to a customer’s vehicle. We will do what it takes to provide the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. We also offer brail greeting cards for visually handicapped customers.

Karen’s Hallmark Shop offers gift cards of any dollar amount and also accepts all major debit and credit cards.

Gift Wrapping

At Karen’s Hallmark Shop we offer free gift wrapping on all items purchased in our store. We will also provide gift wrapping for any items purchased outside the store for a small fee.

Layaway and Special Orders

With our layaway program a customer may put a down payment on an item to hold that item until they are able to pay the entire balance. We will also help customers with special order items that are currently out of stock in our inventory (for example, a certain shoe size). We will then notify the customer by telephone once that item is delivered to the store and hold it for pick up for three days.

Notary

Karen’s Hallmark Shop is a Notary Public in the state of Virginia which allows us to witness the signing of important documents and administer oaths.

Ornament Pre-Request Form

Ornament collections are among the most beloved collections a family acquires, and because of this, we know how important it is for our customers to make sure they obtain the ornaments they are hoping to find. We offer our customers the option to fill out an Ornament Pre-Request Form for Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments which puts the customer at the front of the line, so to speak - this is especially helpful with limited edition or harder to find ornaments. But we will not only ensure that our customers get their desired ornaments, but we will also pack up their ornaments together in a shopping bag so that their order will be ready for them when they come to pick it up.

Postal Supplies

We offer postage stamps and supplies to our customers. Customers have the ability to purchase a greeting card from our store as well as the postage for that card. If desired, Karen’s Hallmark Shop will then place the card in the mail for that customer. We also offer a fax service to our customers.

Special Events

We cater to the priceless moments and events of your life. We offer various gifts, supplies, and accessories to help you plan a celebration of any special occasion such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and more.

Wedding Services

At Karen’s Hallmark we offer a wide variety of wedding services from custom invitations and accessories to guest books, photo albums, and bridal party gifts. We will take appointments to meet with Grooms and Brides to be as we take great pride in assisting customers with their wedding dreams.
